Paula bean skins staying on

Also, if you are just pot boiling them, do not let them cook at a rolling

boil as the skins will come off!!

Paula bean skins staying on

 

 

Hi Paula,

Amy (sandpiperhiker) just left she was up here and we

made beans in her pressure cooker, she was telling me

that if you add a little oil to the beans when cooking

the skins won't come off.

She did this and there wasn't a skin in the pan when

they were done.
