Guest guest
Hi, I've been wondering...and since you mentioned peanut butter for when you're low on iron...I donated blood last week and have been wiped- out, tired ever since. thinking I'm low on iron or something since my body is probably trying to make more red blood cells. Anyhow, peanut butter works for you? ANy other ideas? I'm thinking my overwhelming tiredness is due to the lack of fresh spinach in my diet lately. : ( melissa p , " mainvillefamily " <mainvillefamily wrote: > > > , Kadee M > > <abbey_road3012@> wrote: > > > > > > So I've been having these cravings. > Kadee Sedtal > > > > > > > > > Often times when you are craving something - it's b/c your body is > difficient (sp). Guest guest
Well, I take prenatal vitamins also (nope - not pregnant, just need the iron), but peanut butter and pinto beans *seem* to help when I feel like my iron is low. The vitamins I couldn't live w/o though! --Stacee , " Melissa " <mapalicka wrote: > > Hi, I've been wondering...and since you mentioned peanut butter for when you're low on > iron...I donated blood last week and have been wiped- out, tired ever since. thinking I'm > low on iron or something since my body is probably trying to make more red blood cells. > > Anyhow, peanut butter works for you?
