Guest guest Posted September 9, 2006 Report Share Posted September 9, 2006 The cookbook I like doesn't have pictures either. It's " Lean, Lucious and Meatless " by Hinman and Snyder. Have had that book for 12-15 years and used it over and over. Even before I went vegetarian, I used it to lower my fat intake and successfully lowered my cholesterol from 230 to 179.
