Guest guest
I don't eat actual eggs but I do bake with them. I'm sure you could get eggs as a hidden ingredient when eating out in breads, desserts, coating on fried foods. Shrimp is seafood and if you haven't given up seafood yet then you would be a pescatarian. Vegetarians doesn't eat seafood but many people think it's considered vegetarian. Maybe some of the other members have some extra information for you. I'm sure if you eat a balanced vegetarian diet you have no worries about your protein, that is a myth and we hear it all the time. They even sell vegan brown rice protein powder, this pulled my Mom through last year when she was in the hospital for a week. Have fun browsing our recipe files.
