I know this was addressed to Wee, but just had to let you know that after all

the discussion here I just HAD to find some smoked paprika. Last night I

roasted a bunch of veggies (cauliflower, peppers, potatoes, onions, zucchini)

and

sprinkled them liberally with smoked paprika beforehand. This is amazing

stuff....the veggies tasted just like they were done on the grill and the

fragrance is divine! I'm hooked!
