Guest guest Posted August 16, 2006 Report Share Posted August 16, 2006 Veggie Lovers Camp Stew 3 yellow squash 2 large sweet onions 1 large green pepper 2 cloves garlic butter salt and pepper, to taste 1 tablespoon water Cut vegetables into chunks and add 2 pats of butter, garlic (minced or chopped), salt and pepper. Wrap in foil and sprinkle with about 1 tablespoon of water (this will help to steam the veggies).
