Starbucks are opening all over the place here in

Lehigh Valley, Pa. People are flocking there. I love

strong coffee and the manager even fresh presses

organic for me when I come in. I dont' know why they

don't have organic everyday though. One employee told

me that all there coffee was organic but just not

'fair trade' certified. I don't know about that -

anyone hear this?

wow thats just disgusting... to say the least... i have had it once or twice

(dare i admit in a shot called 'liquid viagra' LOL)

starbucks is pretty big here, as well as caribou coffee (twin cities MN) where

are you that they're not doing well?

Maybe we're just really big coffee folks here! I like mine very dark/strong, but

they do offer different 'strengths' if you will..at least here.

Does anyone like Starbuck cofee? Most everyone I know can't stand how strong

they make it. Lots of them have closed up and I heard on the news that their

stock is way down.

Everyone I know who has tried Starbucks raves about their coffee. Never

tried it and I am a coffee drinker. But, in one of the rest stops in Florida

the Starbucks had the most gorgeous muffins I have ever seen. Huge! I didn

t have one.

The starbucks here has tinsy weensy size slices of

cakes and little cupcakes for over 2.00 each. I think

thats outrageous and as great as they look, I just

can't bring myself to buy one.

I rarely drink coffee and prefer it more like your Community Cup Coffee or Tim

Horton's that is smooth and not bitter. Gotta have lots of milk with mine

though. I know we have lots of friends and family all over and they also can't

stand how strong Star Bucks makes it, but love the other two brands I mentioned.

When we took some family in Tornoto and Florida by Star Bucks to get coffee, we

diluted it, one part coffee to 3 parts water and it was still awful. We just

had to throw it away. Mocha Frap. are the only thing we like there.

I never heard anything about Red Bull having bull sperm in it. Just some

crazy rumor, I suppose.

As for Starbucks, there are none close to here, I've never had it, and I

don't aspire to. Five bucks for a urine-sample sized cup of coffee is just way

too much for me. Maybe this is just the budget-concious part of me talking,

and the country girl too - but coffee is coffee. =)

I have to admit I laughed when I saw the original email about this. It

sounds exactly like the kind of thing I said (age 10) to my sister (age

6) when I wanted her chocolate pudding - I told her it contained

diarrhea. I was hoping that, at least, it would affect her appetite and

I'd get the pudding. Didn't work.

I checked on snopes.com and this rumor hasn't even merited urban legend

status. :-)

LOL I had a good laugh at your joke on your sister. Sounds like she was knew

your wild and wooly ways. : )))

I see rumor of in on the internet about the sperm in Red Bull, when you do a

search, but from all I could see it doesn't. I did read an interesting article

about drinking alcohol with it, made folks not feel like they weren't as drunk

as they really were, yet they were impaired in their judgements just as much.

Scary to think about, when folks get on the road to drive not realizing how

impaired they really are.

OOh. Red Bull and Vodka is great. But watch out cause

it's definately one that makes you wonky.

BTW - I have had a confirmed email from the Red Bull

company that there are no animal derived ingredients

in Red Bull. It's a staple for me on my long drives to

and from Kansas/Texas.
