Sorry, I'm behind in reading my email. I have started eating more raw

food because it's easy. I don't do sprouts, but am considering

broccoli sprouts only; still want to stay with easy.

I don't have a recipe, I use Newman's Own Light Raspberry & Walnut.

Only 5 gm fat in 2 Tbsp. Newman's Own Light Balsamic Vinaigrette is a

great marinade for just about anything.

 

Mixing equal parts of the Raspberry & Walnut with soy mayonnaise and

chopping a little fresh cilantro into it makes a tasty dressing for

most salads and is good to serve to company.
