Only 5 gm fat in 2 Tbsp. Newman's Own Light Balsamic Vinaigrette is a great marinade for just about anything. Mixing equal parts of the Raspberry & Walnut with soy mayonnaise and chopping a little fresh cilantro into it makes a tasty dressing for most salads and is good to serve to company.
