Starbucks & Chai Latte

I adore Chai Lattes. I make them with soy milk and the

oregon chai mix at home. I tolorate the Starbucks ones

and don't find them that horrid but I just prefer to

make them at home. Plus I can make about 12 for the

price of one at starbucks. haha.

I'm boycotting Starbucks. I dislike their ENVIRONMENTAL and social practices.

They use

Genetically Modified foods and the largest percentage of their coffe is NOT fair

trade nor is

it Organic. If anyone wants to learn more, go to www.organicconsumers.org and

look up

Starbucks.

You go, girl! You sound just like my daughter.

Last weekend she was in Ashland, Oregon with

her other friend handing out informational flyers

infront of the town's Starbucks.

In my town [Grants Pass, Oregon] I am proud to say

we don't have a Starbucks, but we do have many

coffeehouses and drive-thru coffee kiosks on just

about every corner, many are indies and others are

smaller franchises.
