Garden Sloppy Joe's (tempeh) PT

I used to run from tempeh but there are some good recipes out there

and now I enjoy it. If you steam it for 20 minutes and then use it

in recipes you will probably like it better. It softens and plumps

up. I've had it with various grains but it all basically tastes the

same to me with the same texture.
