It's sour and like Freebird said, you need to use sugar with it. Now don't eat too much, rhubarb could put the Ex-Lax company out of business if more people knew. We have a few recipes scattered in the dessert folder area, you might try the misc. & fruit folder. I have a rhubarb sweet bread recipe that's good, I haven't posted it yet.
