Question of the Week Rhubarb Paula

 

 

Strawberry rhubarb pie is awesome, if you make applesauce dice up a stalk

and add to the apples as they cook.

It's sour and like Freebird said, you need to use sugar with it. Now

don't eat too much, rhubarb could put the Ex-Lax company out of business if

more people knew.

We have a few recipes scattered in the dessert folder area, you might

try the misc. & fruit folder.

I have a rhubarb sweet bread recipe that's good, I haven't posted it

yet.
