crock pot mac n cheese question - kristi

hi kristi,

yes, that recipe was on this list. i wondered if the

eggs were even necessary when i saw that recipe (had

never heard of eggs in mac and cheese before). i

would assume you could just leave the eggs out of the

dish and it would be fine.

 

you can buy protein powder at health food stores to

mix into drinks or smoothies for your hubby. soups

also puree very well and are quite appetizing that

way. a pureed lentil (or other beans) soup thinned

with vegetable broth would be a good source of

protein. there are tons of soup recipes in the files.

 

i hope your hubby is well on his way to recovery.
