Guest guest
I read that too... and the packers said " it turns brown before it's bad; consumers should look at the sell-by dates for safety instead " . I laughed, not in a good way either, remmbering the huge Dateline expose a few years ago about stores changing sell by dates repeatedly. :-7 , " alexislake " <alexislake wrote: > > I have been reading about the posts about them making crock pots > differently than in the past because of contamination. Guest guest
Truely is amazing that companies are not looking to improve quality of our foods. Instead they seek to make shelf life longer or in this case give you the impression that it is fresher than it actually is. Sometimes I wonder if food companies would just cut back on the fancy and bright packaging and invest that dough into some better quality products. They probably spend more on packaging and advertising than the product itself by a huge percentage. All about the green. I just read an article on Pizza Hut and how their cheese is barely cheese. The Pizza Hut cheese supplier sprays the cheese with.... Well here y'all go....
