some rice flour information

I have used it, I never had my cookies or vreads come out right with

it, the balance I used to thicken soups and I doubt I will purchase

it again unless I have a good recommended recipe calling for rice

flour.

What an interesting little tidbit of knowledge. Never know what that will come

in handy to know.

. Rice flour is very white and is often used in the theatre as a powder to

whiten the face. Especially in oriental theatre.
