Guest guest
No, the book isn't full of alternative meats at all. She has so many wonderful recipes for dressings, soups, main dishes, side dishes, luscious desserts, salads and everhthing else. I highly recommend this cookbook. I think you will enjoy it very much. I prefer cooking with vegetables, pasta, legumes, grains, beans and herbs also.
