Guest guest
PT, I am thinking because the Great Yoga said " specifically for women out of sorts " that he meant the dreaded PMS. I never heard of such a thing until a few years ago. Now everyone seems to have it..LOL I'm sure someone is about to tell me that PMS is not funny. Guest guest
PT I mean when a woman is emotional. That could also include PMS. Turnips and root veggies have a lot of minerals in them. They are especially healthy to eat in the winter months. A friend of ours who is post menopause and also who never knew of this recipe said she had some turnip greens when she was " out of sort " . I do not know exactly how she felt but I know she gets depressed a lot. She had turnip greens for one meal and felt much better for a day or two so evidently it also works with turnip greens. Guest guest
Hey, I'm just the messenger. I'm not making this kind of decision especially since this group is probably 90% women. I won't have a single friend. GB , " ~ PT ~ " <patchouli_troll wrote: > > Oh, okay! That makes his following sentence > even more funny: > " out of sorts " . you can make that decision yourself.
