Guest guest Posted September 22, 2006 Report Share Posted September 22, 2006 Tropical Date Sauce 1 8 ounce can crushed pineapple 1/4 cup chopped dates 4 teaspoons prepared mustard In an electric blender, add pineapple, dates and prepared mustard, blend for 1 minute and serve over grilled or poached fish fillets or as a dipping sauce for grilled tofu skewers.
