adding a touch of kelp powder with give it the ocean

taste. If you can't find the tempeh try taking some

extra fir, tofu and freezing it, when thawed it will

have a chewy texture and you can also bake the thawed

tofu for an even firmer texture and it should work in

this recipe just fine. Let me know and I can toss

some Old Bay in the mail to you, no problem!
