How to cook/use bean curd wraps Where's Mel O ?

I use these often. You don't need to cook them, they

are delicious with JApanese sushi rice and rtoasted

sesame seeds over the top. You can use brown rice and

season it, stuff with a rice and barley mixture. I

like to make my " inari " with a mixture of herbs cooked

into rice and then mix some black beans and grated raw

vegetables. Serbe with some wasabi or a little dish

of teriyaki sauce to dip.

Thanks so much for your ideas. I can't wait to try them. I'm from Oregon, in the

Portland area. I have gone vegan without any problems from being veggie for the

past 5. I'm really happy about. Thanks again.

You're so welcome. I know we all have our favorite

types of foods. I like to make sweet breads, Chinese

food, Japanese food, cook with flowers and also sea

veggies. I've been using more tempeh and finding that

I like it a lot. The first time I saw it out of the

package I ran from it, I think it was going to walk

off the sink..........LOL
