I think you have to watch when you take the probiotic supplement related to when you take the antibiotics, otheriwse there is no benefit. Someone may have already covered this or have better info. I usually waited until I was done taking the antiobiotic before starting the probiotics, but 10 days is a long time to wait and have that awful stomach feeling besides having strep! feel better!
