Oat Double corn Pancakes

 

1 cup cornmeal

1 cup oat flour

2 1/2 tsp. baking powder

2 cups soy milk

2 Tbsp. ghee

1 cup corn

 

 

Mix dry ingredients. Add milk and ghee and corn. Lightly mix. Cook

on medium griddle. Turn when bubbles start to " pop " . Done when

golden brown. Serve with ghee and maple syrup and sliced bananas.
