Peanutty Carrot Salad

You know, it was so long ago I do not remember

if it was the name I gave the dish I made or the

name that the magazine I found the recipe gave

to it. *lol* But it was the only carrot salad recipe

in my group's files that had peanut butter in it,

so I hoped it would be close to the one you are

seeking.
