Thanks Angie! I'm going to read more about Trinidad; you've got me

fascinated to find out how Indian terms like aloo, channa & dhal got

together with cilantro all the way across all that water :) Plus you

mentioned Divalli festival - is that the beautiful festival of lights

& feasting on yummy sweets?
