Yum!

I had the Food Network cooking marathon on TV all day today. Rachel Ray

used Smoked Paprika (she said you'll be able to find it soon and if you

can't, you can substitute regular paprika mixed with cumin) and Alton

Brown used it. Last week I saw it on Iron Chef.

So, yes, it'll be everywhere soon. I checked a couple grocery stores

recently and they still don't have it, but maybe in the next months.

Meanwhile, I have my bottle from Penzey's. ;-)

I bought some of that because I couldn't find smoked paprika anywhere

else. Now I understand the addiction to it! It was expensive - $4.99

for one of those bottles. So far I've been putting it on lots of

dishes - quinoa, brown rice, steamed veggies, etc.

Gee, Debbie, I've never heard of Martin's. Is that in the Baltimore

area? I live in the Potomac/Rockville area. I bought this at a local

Safeway. It's wonderful.
