Guest guest Posted August 19, 2006 Report Share Posted August 19, 2006 Chico, There are many many exercises for the lower back. Try this simple one first and let me know what happens. Stand up. Heels together. Knees together and straight. Raise arms and hug ears with arms touching ears. Interlock thumbs. Lean back as far as you can without becoming unduly uncomfortable. Hold for a minute. Lean over and touch floor with hands if possible. Knees straight. Hold for a minute. Do this a few times a day and see what happens.
