Guest guest Posted August 18, 2006 Report Share Posted August 18, 2006 I picked up extra firm a couple weeks ago and August 21 is the ex. date on it. So I figured I had better use it....fast. I made cheesecake today.. I guess I thought the tofu would melt or something....anyway, I have very lumpy cheesecake. Tastes ok though. I tried to pick up tofu at the store on Tues and by golly they didn't have firm only soft. Was afraid to sub in recipe the first time so will try again tomorrow.
