It is so good! I forgot to mention my daughter and

I got this idea from a Kid's Cook Cookbook called

Bag Lunches; not a veg cookbook, but have been

able to work many of the ideas into our veggie lifestyle.

Now this one was easy, no alterations required! *lol*

I do like to grate my apples instead of chop though;

helps the tortilla roll up more evenly. :)
