Yes it is a plant, I buy it dried it is like the kitty herb. It is also put

in cat toys to attract the cats and make them kick at it and play with it.

Dear Gayle,

 

This is really interesting to me.

I am wondering if my garden mint will also have the same effect on cats.

I have two types of mint here in my garden.

You got me thinking now

 

I am grateful for the catnip link.

If anyone have not click on it, they are missing out

I say this because it has other health remedies as the site is showing.

They are also other benefits to this plant that I didn't know about.

I am not going to list it here as I really like others to

too
