Guest guest
There are two different kinds of tofutti sour creams out there is case someone hasn't noticed. The one in the totally white container had 2 grams of trans fat. The one in the blue and white container is trans fat free. The problem is that the trans fat one is more like sour cream in consistency. I like it better, but I have committed myself to learning to like the other better. LOL Tofutti also makes different flavors of cream cheese that is very good actually. I use Earth Balance for margarine and like it a lot and it is vegan. Then there is Vegenaise for mayonnaise which is good. The egg replacers are in most stores and you reconstitute it for eggs although there are other things you can use for a replacer including tofu. Soymilk is great in coffee. And Silk brand makes a cream too that one of my friends swears by. I haven't missed dairy. And when I have people over for lunch or dinner they don't appear to notice that it is missing from the meal either. I'll leave kale out for now.
