Bonnie No real recipe, it was tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, cucumbers, kosher salt, some balsamic vinegar, basil oil. Don't really remember everything I put on it.. I believe you can make it by gently heating a bunch of fresh clean basil leaves in some olive oil, then straining? But I think it needs to be used quickly, or stored in the freezer.
