Guest guest
I cook for my Mom, my ex (he loves taking a bunch of things to share at work, my nephew and all his buddies, my sister (Sissy takes leftovers to her shop), I have a friend at work with Aids and I'm trying to keep his health up, there's a neighbor guy that is always starving and then I take things to my girlfriends new age shop. I was reading about the tofu you are trying to figure out that;s like a sponge. I don't have the name but I think it's a JApanese name,I don't have any now but I will try to remember to post it and see if there's a web address, it's a tofu steak and it's very firm and spongy. I can call Sissy and ask her if she remembers the name, she doesn't log in that often. Only when she tosses a HOT recipe to both groups.
