Guest guest
Anit-Bacterial doesn't only fight off e.coli Another problem which has caused us to become sick from extraneous bacterium is the use of anti-bacterial everything. Hand soaps, laundry detergent, dish soaps, etc. The more normal body bacteria we kill, the less immune we become to some minor strains or small amounts of harmful bacteria. Our digestive system is made up of bacteria that digests our foods and keeps our bodies functioning. It is important to wash your hands often but not with anti-bacterial soap. And now for the no-bake cookies I have always loves them as a kid in school (we called them cow terd cookies). I use non-fat vanilla soy milk, cocoa, whole old fashioned oats, natural peanut butter (no sugar) and either splenda or a splenda/sugar mix to keep the sugar low (diabetic). The sugar mix cookies are excellent, the splenda only are fine for me, but not for someone who doesn't like sugar substitutes.
Guest guest
Richard, You are so right. Not only does it lessen our immune system's ability to fight off the little guys, all the use of anti-bacterials and antibiotics has caused the bacteria to get stronger in response.
