Guest guest
Congrats on your weight loss. You will find all types of recipes posted here. Vegetarian, vegan, some contain liquor, high calorie, low calorie. We aren't a diet group so all are accepted. I'm one of the biggest offenders of butter, salt and sugar contents in my baked goods. I think moderation is the key. I'd rather have a slice of a good sweet bread than 4 slices of a low fat or fat free loaf of cardboard. That's just my opnion though. Whatever works. Guest guest
We eat so many good things I think we deserve the occasional sweet or greasy treat. I had some no-egg cookie dough the other day. I had eaten some steamed carrots or something earlier, so I'd done a good deed and I deserved the reward. Pile on the sugar, gimme some butter, just not all the time. Make the good things good. Then eat healthy food the rest of the time. Kadee Sedtal, who as you might guess, needs to lose a few pounds. Get on board. You're invited to try the new Mail.
Guest guest
Thankfully, " good " (in the sense of tasting) and " healthy " need not be orthogonal adjectives. -Erin www.zenpawn.com/vegblog , Kadee M <abbey_road3012 wrote: > > We eat so many good things I think we deserve the occasional sweet or greasy treat.
