speaking of no-bake cookies Judy

Judy have use nade no-bake cookies with turbinado? It

seems so coarse for raw no-bales. Maybe not though.

I actually haven't made those since I started using the Sugar in the Raw...

Some of it is more fine than others.. Sam's Club has some Organic Sugar in the

Raw that is more fine than most I have bought before.

 

BTW I make my hummingbird feeder drink out of it all the time and I've got tons

of them around them. They just love the stuff. I boil 1/2 c. water, add about

1/4 c. sugar in the raw, and stir until the sugar dissolves, then pour this hot

mixture into a measure cup and crushed ice to the 1 c. mark. It is cooled to

room temp right away and I then pour it into my feeder.

 

If you cook it on the stove, I don't think it will be a problem, but if you

don't heat it at all during the process of making it, it would probably be to

large of crystals and by grainy.
