I make a mound of white rice and place the black beans in the center and top off with chopped jalapeno pepper or salsa, diced up raddish, onions, cilantro and squeeze lime over the top. I guess I am just lazy and like the idea of opening a can up and there ya go... beans-to-go !! I am heading to Florida in September for a couple weeks, so I will get all the Veg. Indian and Spanish/Cuban food I love and crave while I am there. I will bring some canned Black Beans back with me. Now that I am hungry I will go and see what's for Tea tonight.
