Thanks for posting this article! I sent it on to my nephew who is

doing a research paper on the veggie diet...

 

 

I used to live in Austin

the town was quite ahead

I met veggies everywhere

not surprised with what I read

 

It's not that strength is undermined

But ppl like to think that

We stay strong and healthy too
