Guest guest Posted August 15, 2006 Report Share Posted August 15, 2006 Orange Spiced Baby Carrots 1 large can 15 oz. baby carrots I use fresh 1 tbsp. unsweetened butter 1 cup orange juice 3 tsps. brown sugar Slice each carrot on an angle or leave whole. 2. In saute pan add orange juice, brown sugar and butter. Simmer until butter melts. Add carrots and stir. Cook over medium high heat for 5 minutes until the juice thickens slightly.
