White Beans with Sage - What is fruity oil?

I have a tall expensive bottle of oilve oil with a

hint of tangerine in it. I use it for salads.

Fruity Olive Oil is very fragrant Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Cheaper

second pressing olive oils do not have a sweet olive scent, better

EVOO as Rachel Rays calls them, do.
