Dear Lily,

 

Yes, they are fermented beans.

Sauce contains Water, soyabean salt, wheat flour and sugar.

 

I have not eaten the cooked Mexican Style, so I couldn't tell you :)

That's good news Wee. are they fermented beans? What are the

ingredients in the sauce? Wonder if they would taste like the cooked

Mexican style that I've always eaten.
