I went through some of my recipes.I found many I forgot about so I

guess I should thank you.

 

Avocado and Coconut Ice Cream

 

 

4 Avocados

2 cups coconut cream

8 Tbsp. honey

8 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice

 

 

You can either buy the coconut cream or make it.

 

 

Coconut Cream

 

6 oz. desiccated coconut and 4 cups of water. Take coconut and 2 cups

water and blend. Then squeeze the coconut a handful at a time and put

back in blender. Add remaining water and repeat process.and striain

out coconut. Refrigeratte for 2 hours and it will separate. with

cream on top and milk on bottom.Separate by taking a spoon and put

cream in container.

 

Ice Cream

 

 

Blend all ingredients and put in container and freeze. 2 hours later

take it out and beat until smooth. Repeat 2 more times. It should be

done 4 hours after first freezing.
