QOTW: Who influenced you most?

What influenced me the most to become a vegan? Learning about the brutality that

farmed animals, including layer hens, broilers, dairy cows, pork, beef, fish,

undergo to satisfy my taste buds for nutrition that I do not need in this day

and place. Films, undercover videos of actual farms where these animals are

raised made it impossible for me to ever eat or use a product that has any

animal residual. It was a nightmare to learn about and to see. Now I have been

there, seen for myself and am horrified at what I did in my participating by

eating what I didn't need.
