Guest guest Posted August 15, 2006 Report Share Posted August 15, 2006 Avocado Banana Pie Crust 2-3 cups granola 1/2 cup organic sugar 1/2 cup ghee Put all ingredients in food processor and blend until all ingredients are blended but not a paste. It is best to pulse. Put in pie pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 F. Filling 2 avocados 4 bananas 1 cup evaporated milk ( coconut cream may work. I have not tried it.) 1/2 tsp. nutmeg Mix ingredients well. Put in cooled pie crust and freeze. Let it thaw awhile before eating. GB Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
