Guest guest Posted August 15, 2006 Report Share Posted August 15, 2006 Pumpkin Freeze 8 ripe but firm bananas 1/3 cup maple syrup, honey, fr. apple juice , apricot jam or other sweetener 1/2 - 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice 2 cups canned pumpkin'@ Tbsp. finely chopped candied ginger for garnish Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend. Pour in mini ice cube trays and freeze. Then put them in food processor and pulse until they are consistency of soft serve ice cream.
