Guest guest Posted August 16, 2006 Report Share Posted August 16, 2006 Potatoes Roasted with Balsamic Vinegar 20 small potatoes 2 oz. butter, melted 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar Preheat oven to temperature 350 degrees. Peel potatoes in a spiral pattern, removing only half of the skin. Combine potatoes, butter and vinegar in baking dish, mix well. Cover potatoes, bake 1 hour.
