Guest guest
I prefer the seaweed on the outside, rice on the inside, of the roll (California roll, style). I have used sweet potato in them! good! I find it sliced like fries in a package at my local wal-mart, in the produce section. they come slightly cooked but not soft. Also, in the same section at the store, there is packages of " Rainbow Salad " , julienne strips of carrots, cauliflower, broccoli...and cabbage (I think), mixed in the same bag. This works real good in veg sushi, too! I like to sprinkle white, or black, (or both) sesame seeds over the rice, before filling and rolling up.
