Guest guest Posted August 24, 2006 Report Share Posted August 24, 2006 Posole in the Crockpot 1 onion, chopped 3 bell peppers (red or green), chopped 1 15-oz can kidney beans, rinsed and drained 2 28-oz cans diced tomatoes, drained 3 15-oz cans white hominy, rinsed and drained 1 3-oz can mild green chilies, drained 2 tablespoon2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce 1 15-oz can red enchilada sauce 1 tablespoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 cups veg. broth or water Lightly coat the inside of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
