Guest guest
Here is a great and easy pie crust. I've made it many times. I use it on my Vegetable Pot Pie recipe that is in the files. It is just delicious. Judy Pie Crust 2 c. King Arthur - unbleached all purpose flour http://www.kingarthurflour.com/flour/home.php 1/4 c. wheat germ 1 t. salt 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1/2 c. boiling water Mix salt and flour. Pour water and oil in all at once. Stir with a fork. Roll between two pieces of wax paper. Remove top paper. A one-wedge serving of this wonderful pie may not satisfy larger appetites, so double the recipe to ensure enough helpings at a holiday meal. Guest guest
No, it specifies unbleached all- purpose, but you do add back the Wheat germ, so it is close to whole grain. Try it with the ww flour and let us know how it turns out. Jduy - jplynch Monday, September 25, 2006 10:20 PM Re: VEGGIE POT PIE - Pie Crust recipe thnx!
