Sarah, this was an interesting article, lots of information! Thanks for posting it! I can say from personal experience that caffiene definitely enhances endurance during a workout. Seems I can work much harder without the perception of it being that hard. It's not something I rely on, just something I've observed if I happen to have an afternoon cup of coffee before a workout!
