Taco Bell refried beans are all vegetarian. Check out their website. I have

also called them recently to confirm it. No animal products in them at all.

Can't say the same about reg. mexican rest. though. Most of them have lard in

them. I have found several though that offer Blace Beans that are vegetarian.

That is great, because we LOVE Black Beans.

Be careful about bean burritos , etc. at fast food places and

restaurants. They are not vegetarian and more often than not they

contain beef fat, et. Often fish, chicken and fries are all deep fried

in the same oil or cooked on the same grill.

Taco bell bean burritos are supposed to be vegan. I'm sure places like Peta and

VRG check them out before giving them the thumbs up.
