Guest guest
I have used an extremely small amount of garlic juice in the water when I have had bad infections during a cold, but that is the *only* time I have ever experienced any stinging sensation! If the water and salt are mixed properly (1 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp baking soda, 16 oz of water) and the temperature is tepid to warm, there should be *no* stinging. I don't use mine daily, some times I go months without needing it, and still, no stinging when I do use it. Thia On 9/15/06, greatyoga <greatyoga wrote: > > Janis > > Do you salt with the water?
